Mike will visit you on-site (no charge) to discuss the project. Mike may make recommendations and let you know what is possible. He will provide you with some recommendations and options depending on your vision and what you hope to achieve.

Provide you with a written quote. There is never any pressure. Mike encourages you to obtain a couple of different quotes and talk to different contractors. You need to feel comfortable knowing that Mike’s Concrete is the right choice.

Contact Mike’s Concrete. Should you decide that Mike’s Concrete is the best choice, contact Mike and let him know that you would like to proceed.

Schedule your project. Mike will let you know approximately when he and the team will start your project. The schedule may change because of the weather. Rain, and yes, even snow, may cause delays in the schedule. Remember, Mike’s Concrete has made commitments to other customers; if the weather is not cooperative and a previous project is delayed, the team will first finish the project that was started before starting yours. You will get that same respect

Mike will never ask for a deposit! Please be wary of any contractor who does.

Start the project. Mike will let you know a couple of days in advance when he and the team are coming (weather permitting). Once they start, they will stay with your project before starting a new one.

Be prepared. Your project will look messy and awful before it looks beautiful! It is considered a construction site. If any old concrete needs to be removed, they will remove it, and excavate the area they will be working on. The team will build forms, haul, spread, and tamp-down road crush and sand, lay down and tie rebar, pour and finish the concrete. It can take a few days for the concrete to cure.

Clean-up. Mike and his team will be back to remove the forms and clean up the site and cut the concrete (if applicable).
